At K9 Outdoors, we want you and your canine companion to be fully satisfied with your gear. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in new, hair-free condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is clean and free of pet hair.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
